The paleo diet was first initiated in order to overcome present day eating habits which pave the way to cardio vascular diseases. Later, it was discovered the paleo diet or all-natural caveman diet has plenty of upsides. Although the paleo diet is rich in nutrients and minerals, there is a dearth of fibre content. Fibre is plentiful in cereals not considered to be part of early man’s diet. The next video explains the connection between the paleo diet and multiple sclerosis. Multiple sclerosis can be prevented by consuming plenty of fibre rich cereals in addition to the paleo diet.
